Office of the Chief District Medical Officer (C.D.M.O) Mayurbhanj invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment in the posts of MPHW (F)/ANM under the Establishment of CDMO, Mayurbhanj.
NAME OF THE JOB : MPHW(F)/ ANM
TOTAL NO. OF JOBS : 60 [UR-19,SEBC-15, ST- 17 (14 +backlog- 3), SC- 9 (including PH-2,Sportsman-1, Ex-serviceman -1)]
SALARY : Rs. 5200/- To Rs. 20200/- G.P. Rs. 2000/-
QUALIFICATIONS :
(1) passed HSC examination.
(2) ANM examination conducted by the Odisha State Nursing and Midwives Board.
(3) Passed out from INC (Indian Nursing Council) approved institutions either Govt. or Private and
(4) having ONC (Odisha Nursing Council) registration.
(5) She must be good mental condition and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the discharge of her duties assigned to the post.
(6) She must have registered her name in any employment exchange within the state and have a valid registration certificate.
AGE : 20 to 32 Years as on 01/01/2014.
