QUALIFICATIONS :

Turner - NCVT or ITI or ITC trade certificate (Diploma) in Turner with one year relevant work experience.

Fitter - NCVT or ITI or ITC trade certificate (Diploma) in Marine Fitter or Diesel Mechanic or Fitter trade with one year relevant work experience.

Junior Deckhand - Matriculation (10th Class) with 18 months Mate Fishing Vessel course and one year fishing experience OR 24 months Vessel Navigation course.

Senior Deckhand - Matriculation (10th Class) with 18 months Mate Fishing Vessel course and one year fishing experience OR 24 months Vessel Navigation course.

Net Maker - Matriculation (10th) with experience in net-making and net maintenance.
